Basic English, aviation related technical vocabulary. A computer or any other internet-connected device.
- Training objectives
Upon completing the training, students will be able to:
• Understand the nature of human error.
• Identify and predict potential human errors in maintenance.
• Identify strategies to reduce or control human errors in maintenance.
• Adopt a credible and non-punitive policy toward human error (not violations), acknowledging that people make honest mistakes while still holding them accountable.
• Demonstrate a commitment to taking action to minimize conditions that induce errors.
• Identify and mitigate threats before they manifest as errors.
• Assist in evaluating current and proposed maintenance policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations for individuals involved in mishaps or other incidents. - Completion Standard
